Every thing that can go wrong? does

Every thing that can go wrong does? today, it is rainy outside? gloomy and kind of sad
if I let the weather influence my thoughts, I would be in trouble, but again every thing that can go wrong
does? you know, the coffee in the morning comes out to strong, or you are out of coffee, well
that is how my day started, out, from there, my mind started to find or look for things to make me
sad on this ugly rainy day, but I took a shift to the right and said hay, I am breathing, I have food in my refrigerator and I am not sick wow that shifted my thoughts to at least think of something positive, but than
I started to think about how every thing can go wrong does? just that sentence has set me in a already downer
I re-focus on my thoughts, but again, the negative, the sadness of today, the coldness in my room, I am
all alone, to find warmth some where, even though, I can think about all of the sad things in my life, it
is a choice I make, right, so I shift my thoughts again to my painting, I starting doing something with my
mind, this usually works, but learning to be happy, starts with your thoughts and your choices weather to stay like that right? well that is kind of what depression is, you have to learn to shift your thoughts almost every bad thought we have learn to learn how to juggle our crazy thoughts weather they are real, or a fantasy, not reality
Today, I find it hard to stay focused on the positive, I struggle to stay in the moment and not think about
what is around me, but sooner or later I have to think about what is there, I know the real things that I must
focus on seems so far far away, I usually run, or I hide from it, but every thing that can go wrong does/? I think of my kids or I think what would I have been like with out my kids? that quickly sets me back into the moment, I would be nothing in this great big world, nothing would mean anything to me had I had no children
I refocus on my purpose of this life, again my mind wants to do what it always used to do, think negative, I shift my thoughts again to something worth while, depression is like a game with no winners, but you are
the one and the only one who can change your thoughts, not your kids, not your friends, you, they say our minds come from the devil, they say nothing good can come out of our mind or thoughts, it is all evil.
If man is all evil, knowing that evil lerks around the corner 24 seven keeps me on my toes, but it gets
old and tire some, but if we know man id evil, nothing he does is ever right, his hearty is rotten and his ways
are evil, how does this conception keep us from getting depressed well, if we all thought man were evil, we would all live a happier life because we would not expect man to make us happy right, and everything else in our world like poverty death,birth of a child would not be important and we would have to live for the moment knowing everything else is bad right, looking at my depression like this makes me realize that
the only thing that matters is the moment we live and weather we chose to live for that moment not that day or months or even years thinking this way can be beneficial because we only have to look at a tiny moment as compared to days or years, as I face my challengers, my losses I think now I have a choice to be depressed about things I have no control over, I rather live for the moment that is the only real matter to me now.
Every thing that can go wrong does?-------it will happen like this if we do not shift our thoughts to the momnent--wow, I lived almost 53 years and I have lived those 53 years very stupidly and ignorant how much time I have lost to be happy, wow, a eye opener----death, is a moment, it happens and than you move on there is no other time death gone for ever, so if I think about death being a moment think how much more time would I have to be happy, how much more time would I have to do the things I did not do because I lived for other people, or other things to make me happy, it is until I started to think about man how bad and corrupt they are and I can only count on the moment not the situation or person, again death is final,gone, not returning, it is finished no more chances to be happy, no more seconds to think it is done and over
death is a hard subj: for anyone to go through we all have to some day, but when it happens we are not ready for that thing called death, it is a shock to most of us, it was for me, but it goes to show you how short life
is, I think of all the time I lived for days or years death brought me back to reality----I lived my life so
bitter and hurt because I put my trust in man------he is no good and he could never be trusted I spent 40 years living for the years to come, but at the end they never came and life was over wow, this is powerful stuff
now I live for the moment, if death comes, I can bare it, it is part of life, all of the times I thought if only I did this or I did not have time to say good by, death is so fast a split second your gone so what we do with our remaining days it is our own way, not man, I now live for the moment, when I think negative or I feel down I think about death, he does not chose he takes am I going to waste my time to worry, or be sad death shows no favor it comes to everyone, I want to be close to my family now, that split second that death comes it's over, I write passages for my kids and grand kids to read all about me when i am gone they need to know who there grand mother was and what she lived for, I can not believe I lived such a miserable life until now I wasted all of those years I can not get back, I know this now, but all of my blogs most of them are dedicated to them because I fought hard a disease that not everyone can accept it was not easy, all the barriers I had to over come, the the things I grabed on to----to help me live, all of the Dr;s I seen, for what? I learned about my disease and I tried so hard to change it, most of the time I wasted time trying to run from it all I had to do is live for the moment and embrace depression for what it is a illness, because depression runs in the family my poems, my writings, my thoughts are important for them to understand it more better, as for the daughter I lost she was a loving daughter, she had talents, but she had depression, had I know how to handle it and learned to live for the moment, and take life in moments I could have helped her dealt with it, instead I took her to Dr's and therapists that could not help her because they were all wrong about her and her disease just like they are about mine, it is not through man when we find cures to me it is accepting your depression as being part of you for the rest of your life and from there----no fake cures---no medication that really does not help they only make the disease live able, but they can do something to other parts of your =body--we should not go against nature God made us all different all------we need to acknowledge it and say hay i have this disorder now I have to deal with it, but todays society is so close minded that they can not see depression is a medical illness just like heart problems
